[BB] Unoffical Build Server

Hey guys before I post anything else and go into more details this is the fact Yes, me Dan aka (Kyle) will be supplying a [BB] Build Server I talked to Ben and he didn't want me putting the Official tag on it so it is [BB] Unofficial Build Server. Due for the next 2 weeks while school is almost done for me :P (almost there) the server may at times be up down and have lag spikes due to me studying (shares the internet connection that I use but for the most part its decent nice speed) and once that is over it should be on if not 24/7 pretty close.

Now a little more details....................

Server IP is 66.212.222.88:27015 it currently has wire on it however I still need to add PHX. [BB] Admins this is important for all SA Full and Subs. I currently have both the latest version of ULX and ASSMOD because ULX is the most popular and used and used on Roleplay and assmod because it goes into details for weapon restrict and what Guests (Players) can or cant do also because it has a great prop protection that is nice and easy to use. So SA and Full will get admin status HOWEVER Subs I can not give you access to admin until I figure out how to make a new group and manage it so they can only do certain things (just like the Roleplay server).

Right now, I have the regular GMOD 10 props and DODS props I need to add CSS because I added it just like I did for DODS but for some weird reason it didn't work :'(

Nice, get Anti NoClip pl0x. Also, what maps are you running? If you haven't already, add gm_botmap, it's a good building map. Has a good Dodgeball arena :D

I was looking for the most current Spacebuild gamemode and couldn't find one to download and place on the server that would have been my first choice but I just couldn't find it. You have any ideas were to find the most recent one?

We had spacebuild a wihle ago.. It was popular at first but then it just got boring.

I second that. It was also very boring because whenever I tried to make an epic space station the server would just get laggy and crash as soon as lift off. :'(

Campaign is designed for the scripts from HL2. To make such a system would take a year at least with custom scripts.

But hey, feel free to develop it.

I was looking for the most current Spacebuild gamemode and couldn't find one to download and place on the server that would have been my first choice but I just couldn't find it. You have any ideas were to find the most recent one?

I personally love spacebuild, especially if it has GCombat, so I can blow the crap out of everyones MASSIVE Ships with my Mini-Fighter :D (They can't hit meh)

Also, it helps if you build the Space-Station in space with a Life Supported Build Platform. The new Model Pack SVNs have parts to specifically build a Space-Station from.

But yes, the only problem with Spacebuild, is that it lags quite a lot of people have MASSIVE ships. My ship only consists of 5 Props :D

Spacebuild can be confusing, but once you learn, it's pretty fun :D

I have the most up-to-date version of SpaceBuild and most of the mods that go with it like hydrogen and tiberium. I can upload it all to garrysmod.org if you want as a compilation and I can provide svn links for many of the mods. Btw, get PHX SVN its wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than phx2.

I like spacebuild, But im not going to play with it anymore. It lagges too much and has many bugs. Also I dont want all the extra addons that it requires.

I would love a regular build server with wire. Wire mod is the shit. Im pretty good at it. I hope you have it on the server, that and phx props is all that I really require.

Use a Climate Regulator or something. The model is a Combine Thumper. Its under Life Support, Environmental Control or something.

Use a Suit Dispenser incase.

You're supposed to use the suit dispenser combine with the heat thing and air while travelling.

Climate regulator only works properly on planets.

Well, the usual problem I have, is staying alive in Space. My Air just runs out too quickly so I end up dying. Can you link up your Res to the Vehicle Pod so you don't die?

Actually I was playing around with a few different game modes and I was thinking of making it into another roleplay server HOWEVER I don't have the door data (which is the nexus doors, train station doors etc) so if anyone knows were I can find that that would be great.
Also the major thing it would be a different one than the Official [BB],
(This is only temp. I because I MIGHT be buying a server for a build server, but it will still be the Unofficial)
