can anyone help me ?
i want it to have at least 3gb RAM and quad core CPU

Buy the parts where each company excels then piece them together yourself.

I'd recommend building a PC, the one I'm using now I built for $800, when one with equiv or close-ish specs on Dell, gateway, etc, was $1100+.

G15 keyboard is the way to go for novelty, though I like my MS ergonomic one better than most "standard" ones. And I built a system that used an Arduino and a LCD display, then made a little stand for it. Now I can monitor new messages coming in on chat apps/gmod without buying a new keyboard :)

Yeah, I'd suggest building your own PC, I built mine last year.

Only problem is, now its fucking obsolete. T.T
