Enabling Gamemods

How do I enable a gamemod I have uploaded to Garrysmod/gamemodes on my server? :(

When I try to restart it it only runs stupid sandbawx :@

Any help would be apreciated ^^

Click start singleplayer then click options then enable it?

Or start in sandbox, then in console:

sv_defaultgamemode *name of the folder containing the gamemode*

and

sv_gamemodeoverried *name of the folder containing the gamemode*

then

changelevel gm_flatgrass
