Headsets: Inquiry

Seeing as my Razer Barracuda HP-1 headset went to fuckall I've decided it be proper for me to get a new one.

I've had this one for a long time and I read some reviews on it. Apparently I'm the luckiest bastard on earth because from the reviews I read, most customers of Razer who receive this headset break its cheap plastic parts from China within a week.

So my question to you all is, do you have any recommendations for a quality headset I should get?
