I have both program files and program files x86. I use 64 bit windows 7 but teansferred data from old pc to new. Should i delete program files?

Leave them, though you will use Program Files(x86) more often, and thats where 99% of the programs are installed.

Program files = 64 bit stuff
Program files (x86) = 32 bit stuff

x86 in computer terms means 32-bit

64-bit kinda sucks also because there are very few programs written for it. Ones I can think of off the top of my head: Tortoise SVN, iTunes, and WinRAR.

True. Can run more RAM at one time.

And its still compatible with anything that x86 can use.
